Summary

From March 28th to 30th, 2023, the China International Textile Yarn (Spring and Summer) Exhibition was held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. During three days of the exhibition, the hall was filled with an unprecedented crowd of people, with numerous exhibitors and booths. Domestic and foreign professional visitors, buyers, and terminal brands showed high enthusiasm, and the exhibition hall channels were once "crowded".

Zhongyuan Group appeared on this exhibition, showing its absolute advantage with advanced technology, excellent products, and professional services. Downstream buyers also showed their great interest and actively sought collaborative innovation paths in the industrial chain. On site, the scene of hot business negotiations can be seen everywhere, and the thick "yanhuoqi" ignite the hope of accelerating the industry's recovery and reaching new heights from the source of textiles.

On March 28th, Zhongyuan Group held a product launch event at booth 8.2- H86. Releasing three important new products as below:

Ciclo degradable fibre

Ciclo ®is a patented sustainable textile ingredient. It can be added in the melting and extrusion process of polyester and nylon. “Durable” should not mean “permanent existence”. Ciclo ® Degradable fibers help to reduce the continuous pollution of ultrafine fibers to the environment.

Physically recycled cationic dyed

Physically recycled cationic dyed is the pioneering technology of Zhongyuan Group, which uses physical method to modify recycle PET. During the chip production process, a unique addition technology of three monomers is used, and polar group sodium sulfonate is introduced into the molecular chain of recycle PET. This changes inherent molecular structure, the moisture absorptionality and dyeability of cationic dyes are improved, as well as the uniformity of the three monomers and the stability and spinnability of recycle cationic chips.

Its advantages including: 1. comprehensive performance is comparable to that of virgin CD  2、 The B value is significantly better than other recycle cationic process ; 3、 Lower cost; 4、 Improved cationic dye dyeing performance; 5、 More environmentally friendly.

OBP

Together with our partner Yunshang Ocean, we have successfully obtained full industry chain certification for raw materials, including OBP collection point certification, OBP flakes processing certification, OBP granulation certification, and OBP spinning certification. This paves the way for the full process traceability and management of marine renewable materials in the future, and endows sustainable renewable fashionable products with higher social value and significance.
