On July 9th 2021, an authentic rPET alliance led by Recoyarns was officially announced and formed. Recoyarns and its partners pledged to only produce authentic rPET products using 100% PCR bottles and to put an end to counterfeit products made from virgin PET. Since the establishment of the alliance, each member have adhered to the alliance's oath and drawn a clear line between us and the organizations who have a record of faking rPET. Such action has obtained the recognition and support of relevant brands using rPET yarns in the industry. At the moment, with the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in the world, the economy and consumption have been disrupted at a global scale, resulting in a decrease in orders for rPET products. We saw an increasing trend of unscrupulous manufacturers using virgin PET to pretend to be rPET. We hope that such phenomenon should attract the attention of world-renowned brands.

Recoyarns is taking strict measures to prevent such dishonest behavior from the root. We add unique tracing and identification elements to our rPET products, enabling us to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis at any time according to customer requirements. This allows end users to identify whether there is rPET products provided by Recoyarns.
